China CWB Electronics Co., Ltd.

　　China CWB Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988 and located its headquarters in High-tech Industrial Zone, Hongqiao, Yueqing, Zhejiang Province, which is only 30km away from national-level scenic spot “Yangdang Mountain”. CWB mainly produces automobile electric, electronics connectors and low voltage mini circuit breakers. Now CWB has already been restructured into a stock company with registered capital of RMB 100 million and total assets of RMB 150 million. It employs more than 1,500 employees with total building area of 30,000 square meters. In 2003, its turnover reached RMB 227 million while export was over USD 6 million. There are three CWB wholly funded subsidiaries including CWB (Shanghai) Electronics Co., Ltd., CWB (ShenZhen) Electronics Co., Ltd. and CWB (USA) Electronics Co., Ltd. Over the past 15 years, CWB is continuously growing and developing based on the quality policy of pursuing excellence, human-oriented management concept and the marketing tactics of customer first. Application Fields

Automobile Electric: CWB has already established good cooperative partnerships with many global well-known corporations such as Bosch, Siemens VDO, Delphi, Audiovox, Koito, Visteon, Clarion and SGM etc. And large quantities of products have been applied in the following cars: SGM, Shanghai Volkswagen, Faw Volkswagen, Cherry, Nissan, DPCA and Ford and so on. In 2002 and 2003, CWB has been certified as the preferred supplier of Siemens VDO.

Low Voltage Mini Circuit Breaker：Some products are also widely applied in the fields of industry and civil building. CWB has already formed close partnerships with some leading companies: Delixi, Chint, TCL International Electrical, Shanghai Liangxin, Feidiao, Little Swan and Huanyu etc.

Electronics Connector: CWB-brand connectors have enjoyed good reputation and extensively used in household appliances and communication industry. Production Capacity
　　With the commitment of prospering motherland by booming industry, CWB has introduced the cutting-edge production equipment and actualized fairly strong production capability including injection workshop that is equipped with 120 injecting machines, automatic robot and central material dry conveying system imported from Japan Kawada, stamping workshop, connector workshop and wiring harness assembling workshop that is equipped with many imported crimping machines, wire cutting machines, automatic cutting machines and wire stripping machines. At present, it is capable of producing 80 million circuit breakers, 30 million connectors and assembling 12 million wiring harness respectively each year.
Technological Strengths

Technology department is equipped with the most advanced computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS), comprising CAD、CAM、CAE, as well as other modernized facilities and equipments for product development、production and inspection purpose. In addition, it widely participates in various kinds of international technology exchanges and cooperation so that CWB can provide customers with whole package product solution in design, development and manufacturing.

With 15 years experience in mould developing and manufacturing and 260 richly experienced technicians and sophisticated designing system and machining technology, CWB has realized complete automation procedures from mould designing, processing to assembling all the way. This ensures that CWB makes 500 sets of moulds each year. The mould department is made up of designing office, technology office and line cutting machining, electrical pulse machining, slow filum machining, metal cutting and fitting workshops etc. All above guarantee that CWB’s mould developing and manufacturing skills and capacity take the lead in the same industry in China.

CWB people regard the quality of product as the life of enterprise. In 1996 it has introduced ISO9002 quality system and was certificated by ISO9001 quality system four years later. Furthermore in April 2002 it has successfully passed QS-9000 quality system certification of TUV. Dec. 2003, passed ISO14001 environment attestation;

With first-class experimental equipment in the industry, many tests and experiments such as salt spray, vibration, high-low temperature, constant humidity-heat, hardness, tension and flame-retardance can be carried out in the lab of its own.

In addition, it has also imported some high-precision equipment such as optical projector, 3D optical automatic measurer, projector, 2D digital height measurer and depth measurer etc.
