Steel Wire Armored Central Tube Cable(GYXTW33)

The cableconsists of a loose tube in the center, water swollen tape and two sidecoated corrugated steel tape longitudinal folded, two round steel wiresextruded into PE inner sheath in parallel, then steel wire armored andPE outer sheath extruded. The tube is made of good temperature propertymaterial. A number of single or multi-mode fibers (6¡«<36) are secondary coated into the loose tube with suitable excess length and tube filled with moisture-proof compound.

  • Preciselydesign and control fiber excess length in tube and cable lay length tooptimum to ensure excellent strain property in tensile strength andtemperature property.
  • Tubematerial with good temperature property and high Young¡¯s modulus, tubefilled with compound of non-detectable separated hydrogen to ensure thelong term stability in transmission for two long wavelength windows.    
  • Tube in the center benefits cable bending.
  • Tubefilled with moisture-proof compound and longitudinal folded with waterswollen tape and corrugated steel tape ensure no longitudinal waterpenetration and radial moisture-proof.
  • Steel wirearmoring improves tensile strength of cable to make cable applicablefor sloping direct burial and underwater installation.
