There are three production lines of Power Semiconductor Devices, and one Power Electronics Unit Production line. They are one Provinc- ial Technical Center and one Provincial of Testing Center.Main produ- cts include series of Glass-passivated Chips; Series of Thyristor, Rectifiers, Module and Power Electronics Unit.They can be widely used for metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery,electronics, transportation, spaceflight and aviation, electronics transportation, spaceflight and aviation, etc. The military device can be used for communications sa- tellite, aeroplane, submarine, radar, missile. The products have been sold to domestic market and the markets of USA, South Korea,Italy and India. The products of Glass-passivated Chips are on the advanced te- chnical levels among domestic and have obviously abroad markets.
