UV Block FR4-97	Tg140℃(DSC)	For Multi-layer PCB and those Require UV Block property.	1. High luminescent epoxy for better laser type AOI characteristics. 2. General UV Solder mask may be applied simultaneously to both sides increasing productivity. 3. High performance epoxy blend which yields a higher heat resistance than FR4-97. 4. Other properties are similar to FR4-97.
