1.Screen Print: 180-250mesh; optimum: 200mesh
2.Drying:150℃/3min
3.Firing: peak temperature and time: 800±20℃/10min; cycle:60min
4.Soldering:Sn63/Pb37, Sn60/Pb40 or Sn62/Pb36/Ag2 temperature:215℃-225℃;dipping:1-2sec:flux: rosin flux
5.Storage :Keep in a cool place away from heater or open flames, minimum shelf-life six months. |
