Quality Control System: Our products are closely monitored and maintained by our internal Quality Control System. Improvements are continuously being made to ensure we adhere to international standards. GECC was ISO9001 certified in 1994, QS9000 certified in 2000, ISO14001 certified in 2003 and TS16949 certified in 2005, attesting to the quality standards of our products.
Quality Management: Quality management starts with parts and components. Tests and examinations are conducted using specialized equipment at each QC points and at pre-determined levels of the production line where statistics compiled and cross checked. Finished products have to pass the sound sweeping tests and polarity tests. Sampling testing for performance for each batch of products is done to ensure they meet the minimum standards before leaving the factory for delivery.
Quality Assurance Engineers and Testing Equipments: The Quality Assurance Department at GGEC has 121 engineers. The 30 IQC engineers use testing equipment such as the three dimensional analyzers, projectors, spider measurement analyzers and permanent magnetic testers. 76 QA engineers use the RT-speak testing system and RT-spark system AudioCheck system. 12 measuring engineers use the MLSSA testing system, LMS testing system and AP computer testing system. The remainder is QMS staff. The highly skilled team utilizes advanced equipment and software to assure we are providing our customers with the best quality available. The 8m x 10m x 12m international standard anechoic chamber was built in accordance with the requirements of IEC60268-5 and is by far the world’s biggest anechoic chamber. The workshop product tests for sound, power, temperature and humility. DNV has issued the ISO9001 to GECC from 1994 through 2006.
