Ningbo East Electronics Ltd. was established as the first of Ningbo and one of the first Sino-Foreign joint ventures in China in December 1980. After 20 years of professional manufacturing and selling buzzers, we have now developed into the largest professional manufacturer of piezo buzzer and siren in the Greater China. All the product varieties, quality level and production scope ranks our company first in the country.
We have national authorized import/export license. Over 90% of the products are exported to the world market and our major clients are mostly located in North America, Europe and Asia. More than 280 clients have become our long-term partners, including some world-famous enterprises such as Siemens, Alcatel, GE, KIDDE, Delphi, BOSCH, Matsushita, LG, Hitachi, Sharp and Mitsubishi. Excellent quality, competitive price and prompt and effective service have credited us world reputation. Regardless more and more fierce competition in buzzer market, our sales volume have been increasing at the rate as high as 20-30% each year.
We have a professional team of engineering staff devoted to research and development in buzzer and siren products. They are good at developing different kinds of buzzer according to customers’ requirement and working out solutions to customers’ technical problem.
We got the approval of QS9000/ISO9001 quality system certificate in 1999 and was the first buzzer manufacturer acquiring this certificate in China. And we got the approval of TS16949/ISO9001 in the end of 2006, which allowed us to promote quality management level more efficiently and produce products with better reliability. The field fault rate is less than 50ppm or 100ppm. On time delivery is almost 100%.
Our plant covers an area of 12000 square meter with monthly production capability over 3-5 million pieces. Among total 328 employees, 20% are engineering staff and technicians.
We have had OEM production experience for more than 10 years and been equipped with advanced SMT device and productions assembly line.
