The electromagnetic components of the meter are in prone position.The separate voltage core is riveted by voltage stamping sheet.The damping magnet is die-casted directly on the frame,current coil is wound without skeleton.The rotator components adopt magnetic bearing.Therefore,it has the features of large load current(Imax=200A),high overload(6.67 times),long-life serice(over 25 years),low power loss(less than 1 W)etc.
Base:It adopts phenloic resin with sturdy and reliability stable performance and good insulation.
Frame:AI-Ni-Co magnetic damping is die-casted on aluminum silicon alloy frame with steady structure.
Electromagnetic elements:The iron core adopts high silicon steel sheet by riveting with special heat treatment that has the feature of low power loss and stable performance.
Rotator component(bearing):Aluminum disc can run steadily,especially good performance in terms of starting and creeping.The non-abrasion magnetic bearing needs to be oiled and maintained.
