Shanghai JinLing Surface Mounting Co.,Ltd.(Original Shanghai JinLing Electronic Assembly Co.)is a division under Shanghai JinLing Co.,Ltd.is specializing in Electronic PCB assembling (OEM&ODM),whose business covers the whole process including component purchasing,SMT,THT,manual inserting,testing and assembly etc.
Company was modified company name in August,2001.Locates Pudong New Area of Shanghai in China,and occupies of land 100,000ft.Up to 2001,the total capital was USD$24.5M,and 1200 employees.Gained ISO9001:2000 Edition in 2000.
Armed with the most sophisticated SMT lines,THT auto inserting machines,testing and assembly lines,fullyu auto visual detectors,X-ray detector (all imported from Japan)and aduanced material flowing management system.Besides,supported technologically by more than 120 capable professional technicians doing research,development and design for PCBs.Our company have grown into a large-scale surface mounting assembly center.
Our customers spread all over some countries and districts in Europe , America and etc. In order to develope oversea market more advantageously and to improve the service quality of the international customers, Jinling and Eagle Contract Services, LLC of Unite States reached long-term cooperation agreement, and assigned Eagle to become the only business agent and sale office in Unite States (Excluding Utah).
IWe will invest 6 million & add 6 SMT lines on 2003. Then the factory will be expanded to 300,000 ft2, and our total capital will be USD$ 36.15M.
