MZS1 Series Braking Electromagnets are used to operate brake to do mechanical braking. It usually is used with block brake, and is used to meeh-anical braking of motor in the device of electric drive, and aiming to stop the car exactly and quickly.
Main structure:
1. MZS1 Series Braking Electromagnets are made of iron, coil, iron, core, and drawbar and so on, of wich outside is welded by steel, In order to improve its life, the large scales of the electromagnet such as MZS1-25H, 45H, 80H, all have their damping devices.
2. Its operational principle is that when the coil is electrified, the iron move u to advance the drawbar, through the drawbar to operate the mechanical baking devices; when the coil is cut off by electrity, iron will release for itself and drawbar weight. The coresponding air dashpot device can adjust the braking time according to the transmission requirement. And its coil is three-phase.
