The structure of this kind of cable is that six loose tubes(or partially filing ropes) wrapping central non-metallic strength member FRP form a complete round cable core,which is extruded outside by PE inner sheath.Then,a number of kevlars which can increase cable strength. Finally,PE outer sheath is extruded.The loose tube is made from the material with good temperature characteristic.Several single-mode or multi-mode fibers(2-8 fiber) with proper surplus-length are put in the tube full of humidity-proof filling compound for fiber.All of the spaces of the cable core are filled with water-proof compounds.
